Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced hands-on Java full-stack development skills with expertise in backend engineering fundamentals (concurrency, performance, security, testing).
Proven experience in system design and architecture of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native deployments.
Practical cloud-native experience and understanding of AI-assisted development tools; AWS experience preferred but not mandatory.

Deep expertise in Java microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture, particularly AWS.
