Sr. Data Analyst - HR Software

Own vendor-level software market models, including revenue analysis, data reconciliation, and validation to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Lead market data initiatives for assigned HR software or related ERM markets, supporting overall market sizing and forecasting processes.

Develop and use systematic, methodology-driven data collection and AI-driven automation tools (e.g., Python, Claude) to enhance research and market analysis efficiency.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in market research, technology/software research, data analytics, or financial modeling.

Strong proficiency in Excel for vendor modeling, data reconciliation, market sizing, and forecasting with large datasets.

Experience with Python and AI tools such as Claude for research automation and data validation is highly desirable.

Experienced in software industry research with strong understanding of software markets, vendors, products, and industry dynamics relevant to HR software or ERM sectors.

Capable of independently owning vendor and market deliverables while collaborating with domain leads to ensure data consistency and quality.

Strategic in applying methodology-driven approaches combined with AI-assisted research to maintain robust data modeling and market insights.
