Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in full stack software development with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python.
Proven ability to lead use of AI-assisted development tools and enforce validation standards including secure coding and automated testing.
Experience with software applications and technical processes in cloud or microservices architecture environment.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader skilled in integrating AI-assisted tools in software development lifecycle to improve engineering workflows and code quality.
Well-versed in responsible AI use including data sensitivity, security, resiliency, and coaching teams on compliant adoption.
Strong background in cloud architecture, microservices, and agile methodologies, preferably with exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
