Quality Assurance Engineer

Own the overall quality and release readiness of assigned software features, ensuring they meet product requirements and work as intended.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, API, and usability testing across web applications.

Identify product risks and edge cases early; provide clear, actionable bug reports; and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and release workflows.

3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably with web applications.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and experience with functional and regression testing.

Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, basic to good SQL/database testing skills, and proficiency with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Asana.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; remote work capability mentioned, no strict location constraints stated.

Experienced QA professional comfortable owning feature quality end-to-end and delivering release-ready software in a remote Agile environment.

Detail-oriented tester skilled in designing comprehensive test artifacts (test cases, plans, scenarios) and executing diverse testing types including API and cross-device testing.

Collaborative communicator capable of working closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve QA processes continuously.
