Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering in Test

Lead and manage teams of SDET and automation engineers responsible for quality engineering across endpoint management and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Define and execute quality strategy, test automation roadmap, and validation architecture ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery.

Drive AI-powered quality practices, large-scale automation frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of software quality metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years in software/SDET/quality/automation engineering with 4+ years managing engineering teams.

Strong experience building and scaling test automation frameworks, proficiency in C#, Java, Kotlin, or similar.

Deep knowledge of at least one major OS (Windows, Linux, or macOS) including internals and security; experience with enterprise SaaS or endpoint management products.

Experienced leader capable of scaling and mentoring high performing SDET and automation teams in complex enterprise endpoint and SaaS environments.

Expert in designing and executing comprehensive quality strategies integrating AI-powered tools and modern DevOps practices.

Strategic cross-functional collaborator skilled in translating business priorities into scalable quality engineering execution with a strong systems architecture perspective.
