2–4 years of experience in reliability engineering, observability, production support, or related role.
Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
Experience supporting application-level monitoring for AWS applications.

Early-career engineer building expertise in observability and operational reliability within cloud and SaaS environments.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams and supporting incident response processes.
Comfortable applying scripting for automation or alert tuning and proactively improving reliability.
