Minimum Requirements
3-5 years professional experience with large-scale software development including iOS/Android apps, websites, APIs, CRM, ERP, HR systems.
At least 1 year experience leading engineering teams.
Familiarity with OOP languages (Java, Go, Python, C++), distributed systems (Elasticsearch, Kafka, Kubernetes), and software dev tools (JIRA, Git).
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant technologies and team leadership. Educational degree is a plus but not mandatory.
