Support compliance reviews and provide accurate financial data for KPI and management reporting, and resolve customer disputes aligned with company policies.
Minimum Requirements
Any Graduate degree required.
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience required.
Proficiency in MS Excel and strong email communication skills mandatory.
Must be comfortable working rotational shifts (no night shifts).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in Shipping/Logistics domain is preferred, aligning with customs operations finance focus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
