Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of mentoring engineers and making technical decisions including technology selection and design reviews.
Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
Track record of improving quality standards and leading large-scale system migrations or legacy modernization efforts.
