Minimum Requirements
Formal training or certification in software engineering plus 2+ years applied experience.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Java, AWS, Springboot, and Kafka in a large corporate environment.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle with exposure to Agile methodologies like CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Developer with practical experience in full stack Java enterprise application development and microservices deployed on AWS (EKS/ECS/EC2).
Familiar with Agile methodology and SDLC delivery practices including automation and security.
Capable of leveraging AI tools responsibly within engineering workflows, understanding data sensitivity and secure coding standards.
