Own end-to-end management of assigned Workday module(s) Core HCM, Security, and Onboarding including strategy, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization across multiple portfolio companies.
Manage product roadmap and release processes for modules, handling Workday bi-annual releases, backlog prioritization, and change management communications.
Lead stakeholder engagement via forums and workshops, serving as the subject matter expert and primary escalation point while providing functional guidance to junior product owners.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience with deep expertise in at least two Workday modules.
Proven experience owning Workday modules in production environments including enhancements, releases, and stakeholder management.
Experience operating in a multi-entity, multi-portfolio company HR technology model.
Strong knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security roles, reporting, calculated fields; excellent communication skills for technical-business translation.
