Support global M&A, divestiture, integration, and business transformation projects through effective project planning, governance, and risk management.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to governance standards.
Prepare governance reports, leadership presentations, facilitate governance meetings, and drive standardization and continuous improvement of PMO best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, IT, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Operations.
Experience in global, cross-functional environments; exposure to M&A integration, divestitures, carve-outs, or large transformation programs preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, large-scale M&A and business transformation projects with cross-functional teams globally.
Skilled in project governance, risk & issue management, and executive reporting, comfortable preparing leadership presentations and dashboards.
Strong operational focus on driving standardization, process improvement, and adoption of PMO best practices within matrix environments.
