Scrum Master

Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies for the Digital Integration Hub development team to ensure predictable, high quality delivery of integration solutions.

Provide hands-on technical support in ETL development, connector design, integration workflows, and ensure adherence to security standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to track progress, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Scrum Master or servant leadership experience in Agile environments.

Hands-on ETL development experience, preferably with tools like Adeptia, Azure Data Factory, or Informatica.

Strong technical skills including SQL, JavaScript (or equivalent), API architectures (SOAP/REST), secure coding practices, CI/CD, and knowledge of Agile/SAFe frameworks.

Experience in FinTech with knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment accounting is preferred.

Ability to manage and coach globally distributed teams working on complex integration projects.

Proven capability in bridging technical development and stakeholder communication to align priorities and deliver high-quality integration products.
