Minimum Requirements
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience with Agentic AI, Java, AWS, Springboot, and Kafka in a large corporate environment.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years applied experience in relevant technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack Java enterprise application development with Java 17+ and microservices deployed on AWS (Elastic Kubernetes Service, Elastic Container Service, EC2).
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) delivery in Agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Skilled in writing Terraform scripts and deploying infrastructure in AWS production environment, with knowledge of relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
