Quality Lead inom Program, Projekt och R&D 

Lead development and execution of quality assurance across program, project, and R&D levels in a tech- and software-intensive environment.

Act as strategic partner to management and project teams to ensure quality compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience in quality management, audits, deviation handling, root cause analysis, risk management, and quality monitoring.

Fluency in Swedish and English; position requires security clearance compliance and possibly specific citizenship due to security classification.
