Own end-to-end delivery and performance measurement of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products in production, driving iterative improvements based on data.
Partner with Product teams on feature evaluation and gap identification to influence roadmap and product evolution.
Represent implementation outcomes in executive forums, translating technical details into business impact for decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions with at least 3 full lifecycle ITSM and ITOM deployments owned end to end.
Prior product management experience, formal or informal.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITOM family and CIS-ITSM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into delivery workflows to accelerate product management activities.
Comfortable operating in an internal IT / Customer Zero model deploying pre-GA capabilities at enterprise scale, including CMDB remediation.
Strong executive communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead high-level requirements and design discussions and produce metric-driven narratives for senior leadership.
