Manage end-to-end accounting for Real Estate Product Groups including monthly/quarterly closings, journal entries, profit and loss review, and cash flow.
Oversee commercial execution and financial controls for Capex projects, including forecasting, asset recording, and quarterly disclosures.
Prepare annual budgets, financial models, business cases, and performance benchmarking; collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial trends and support management reporting.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years post-qualification experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Degree in CMA/CA/US CMA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA or pursuing final/intermediate year with results awaited.
Proficient in SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years post qualification experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed accounting and financial analysis within large organizations, especially handling Capex and asset management.
Comfortable working across multiple units and collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
Skilled in using ERP (SAP) and BI tools to prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reports.
