Own end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reconciliation, payables/receivables, and cash management for the organization.
Prepare and present monthly MIS, analyze budgets vs actuals, and provide actionable financial insights to support organizational decision-making.
Manage donor compliance and reporting, coordinate statutory audits, and ensure adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
6–8+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounting, audits, and financial controls.
Experience with donor/grant accounting or in the non-profit/social sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems.
CA or Semi-qualified CA preferred; Work Experience Required: At least 6–8 years in relevant finance roles.

Experienced in hands-on financial management with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and controls in a social-sector or multi-stakeholder environment.
Analytical with the ability to translate financial data into insights and collaborate cross-functionally to implement finance-related actions.
Comfortable working closely with leadership (Co-founder) and external stakeholders like donors and auditors, demonstrating ownership from issue identification to resolution.
