Senior Lead Software Developer - Marcom, Sales and Delivery Services

Lead Pega Nearshore Consulting projects by developing and delivering high-quality solutions from inception through user acceptance testing.

Design, develop, implement, test, and enhance Pega Infinity industry frameworks and applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Mentor junior team members, drive business growth, collaborate with clients and Pega teams to ensure customer success and deliver solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.

8 to 10 years of hands-on Pega development experience with System Architect/Solution Architect skills.

Must be Pega CSSA certified.

Experience working with Pega Infinity, Pega Constellation, Agile delivery methodology, and enterprise customer engagements.

Location requirement: Based in Bangalore with willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Proven ability to lead Pega project delivery independently and manage junior developers.

Strong experience with Pega components like flows, activities, data transforms, integrations, rulesets, process & engine APIs.

Experience interfacing with customers and partners to gather requirements and design solutions, overseeing projects from kick-off to go-live.
