Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, communication, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years experience in full product development lifecycle for web or software applications.
Skilled in design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
Work location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently delivering medium to large-scale design projects with some leadership or support role.
Strong capability to influence and engage cross-functionally in business discussions and product strategy.
Proven skills in designing AI-powered, agentic experiences and strong visual, motion, and interaction design expertise.
