Minimum Requirements
Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid work model).
Degree: MDes/BDes or equivalent in design, HCI, communication or related field.
Experience: 8+ years in full product development lifecycle of web or software applications.
Skills: Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering large-scale, independent projects with strategic impact in business areas.
Expert in designing data-rich interfaces including dashboards, reports, visualizations that clarify complex info.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring designers and setting design quality standards in enterprise contexts.
