Develop and maintain comprehensive 24-month Supply, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), and Material Plans to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Manage inventory levels, deployment, replenishment, and coordinate production planning to meet business demand with minimal shortages.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to optimize inventory, support S&OP processes, and drive continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Supply Planning, DRP, Material Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Planning.
Proficiency with supply chain planning tools such as SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP or similar, plus advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work US time zone night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) based in Pune location (no remote work).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years relevant experience. Travel Requirement: No travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing-related sectors such as FMCG, Chemicals, Lubricants, or Process Industries is preferred.
Strong expertise in DRP, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and support for S&OP and product lifecycle processes.
Capable of managing supply chain activities effectively in a fast-paced global environment with proven stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
