Lead design, development, and support of Workday integrations including scheduling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Provide techno-functional expertise and Tier 2/3 support for Workday modules such as Talent Management, Recruiting, CoreHCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
Engage with business users to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions, as well as supporting change management and continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
5-10 years of IT experience with 4-5 years specifically in Workday applications.
Workday Integrations Pro Certification is required.
This position requires working onsite at Bangalore, 5 days a week; Visa sponsorship is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical skills in Workday integration tools (Studio, CCW, EIB, Web Services, XSLT) and related technologies (SQL, Unix, XML, ETL).
Experience in business process configuration and integration across Workday HCM modules including Recruiting, Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
Experienced in working across onshore-offshore teams and providing technical architecture consulting and support related to Workday integrations.
