Lead Business Analyst- Payment Domain- Pune- 6 to 10 Years

Own gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for payment solutions.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and support delivery across payment platforms.

Drive continuous improvements by analyzing payment workflows and supporting testing, impact analysis, and solution design aligned to business and regulatory needs.

6 to 11 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, fintech, or payments.

Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems and products such as real-time payments, ACH, wires, SWIFT, card payments, or digital payments.

Experience in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Experienced in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models within payments and fintech environments.

Proficient in stakeholder management with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.

Familiarity with payment modernization, ISO 20022 standards, and regulatory compliance in payment systems preferred but not mandatory.
