Lead design and development of NVIDIA’s GPU Assembler and Disassembler components critical for GPU compute acceleration.
Develop and enhance binary analysis and instrumentation features such as call graph generation, register usage tracking, and GPU binary patching.
Collaborate with GPU architecture, debugger, profiler teams, and customers to incorporate feedback and deliver improvements ensuring compatibility and high-quality code generation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in low-level system software development; at least 6 years specifically in compiler, assembler, or binary utilities development.
Proficiency in C/C++ and strong analytical skills.
Solid understanding of Assembly Language, Processor ISA (GPU ISA preferred), processor architecture, and object/debugging formats such as ELF and DWARF.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in compiler development areas including feature support, code generation, and compiler infrastructure.
Familiar with debugger/profiler tools, binary analysis/instrumentation utilities like BOLT, and linker internals.
Knowledgeable about GPU development and compute APIs like CUDA and OpenCL; leverages AI programming tools in daily workflows.
