Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years overall experience in travel domain with focus on reservation, ticketing, and guest relations.
At least 6 years of classroom training experience in reservation and ticketing including coaching and feedback.
Graduation or equivalent degree required.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ability to manage multiple projects and work shifts if required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in airline and travel agency operations, including reservation and ticketing processes.
Experienced trainer skilled in conducting TNA/TNI, developing training content, and applying new age training methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage training operations end-to-end, optimize training effectiveness, and engage with clients effectively.
