Oversee project documentation, stakeholder engagement, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts within the Global Business Services (GBS) portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience managing enterprise or cross-functional transformational projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree in business management advantageous but not required; relevant experience essential.
Experience with full project management lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out; strong skills in scope control, risk management, and quality outcomes.
Work schedule requires availability during IST evening to early morning hours (4:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST depending on daylight savings).

Experienced in leading multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams and influencing leadership decisions through stakeholder management.
Capability to manage and develop project management teams, including workload balancing and talent development within a large enterprise GBS setting.
Proficient in applying advanced project management tools, methodologies, and best practices, with ability to adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver under tight timelines.
