Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations

Manage financial aspects of project accounting for HD Services MMP/TX projects including setup, actuals booking, revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closing.

Perform periodic balance sheet reconciliations and margin review reconciliations; prepare and present balance sheet reviews as needed.

Lead pacing validation, monitor intercompany project transactions, collaborate on Lean/AI and ERP projects for process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and contract terms.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8 years total experience with finance and FP&A operations; at least 6 years supporting GE Vernona.

Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting principles.

Proficiency with financial systems and data analysis tools.

Experienced in end-to-end project accounting within a corporate FP&A or finance operations setting, especially in services or project-based finance.

Demonstrated capability to manage complex reconciliations, margin reviews, and financial closing activities with accuracy.

Ability to drive process improvement initiatives including Lean, AI projects, and collaborate with ERP finance teams globally.
