Instructional Design expertise and content creation skills across multiple delivery channels.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years; Location: Gurugram; Shift timings vary and will be discussed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in instructional design and developing engaging learning modules tailored to insurance processes.
Skilled in facilitation, program management, and able to adapt training delivery methods creatively.
Familiarity with Marsh US insurance processes and any relevant insurance certifications is advantageous.
