Execute precise data annotation tasks across text, image, video, and audio modalities to support training and validation of machine learning models for Amazon Robotics and Fulfillment Technologies.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in annotation processes, contributing to process improvements and workflow unblocking.

Train peers, manage multiple annotation programs, and maintain high data quality through adherence to complex annotation guidelines and audit methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0.6 - 5 years of experience in data transcription and annotation, including natural language data labeling or linguistic annotation.

Proficiency in English (C1+ level) with good business writing skills.

Willingness to work flexible 9-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays from Hyderabad office.

Experienced in multi-modal data annotation projects involving text, image, video, and audio within operational environments supporting AI model training.

Capable of making sound judgments to handle ambiguous data scenarios and improve SOP workflows with logical solutions.

Comfortable collaborating in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, managing multitasking and priority shifting among multiple programs.
