Lead design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks across multiple CBS platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, OpenAir, and Anaplan.
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and load testing to ensure system reliability and meet performance SLAs, targeting high automation coverage (70-80%) and low defect leakage (<10%).
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement of QA processes, maintaining automation stability (<5% failure rate) and ensuring deployment success rates of 98%.
Minimum Requirements
7–10 years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on test automation frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with UI testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright), API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured), and performance testing tools (JMeter or Locust).
Strong scripting skills in Python and SQL for data validation and automation.
Prior exposure to at least two of the following platforms: ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, OpenAir, Anaplan.

Experienced in leading QA strategy implementation and building automation frameworks in complex, multi-platform enterprise environments.
Proficient in integrating and optimizing test automation within CI/CD pipelines and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and platform owners.
Knowledgeable about cloud-native testing principles and security testing standards (e.g., OWASP Top 10), with the ability to guide QA best practices across large platform estates.
