Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Strong development experience in Java and public cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent).
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading teams using AI-assisted software development tools ensuring safe, secure, and compliant adoption in engineering workflows.
Comfortable managing CI/CD pipelines and familiar with tools like GIT, Jira, Confluence.
Bonus: Knowledge of KDB/q and understanding of financial messaging protocols such as FIX.
