About This Role
- Design and develop trading tools and technical solutions for pre-trade, trade capture, and pricing domains in a Fixed Income trading system.
- Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes within the team, establishing validation standards and promoting reuse.
- Drive design and development of new systems, analyze legacy processes for improvements, collaborate with trading, risk, and P&L teams, and lead pilot projects to evaluate new technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years formal applied experience in Software Engineering with certification or formal training.
- Proficiency in Java or Python, Spring Boot, SQL, messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ, Tibco, AMPS), and AWS exposure is mandatory.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and strong understanding of responsible AI engineering workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years (explicitly mentioned).
