About This Role

Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex software solutions in Java, Python, and Databricks within Capital Reporting products at JPMorgan Chase.

Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring design constraints are met while driving improvements in code quality and system architecture using AI-assisted engineering practices.

Lead team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI tools for code review, testing, and incident analysis, establishing validation standards and promoting reuse of coding patterns.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of applied experience in full stack technology including Java and Python development.

Demonstrated knowledge of software applications within cloud or microservices architectures.

Proven experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools ensuring correctness, performance, and security.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in software development roles.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in large corporate environments with advanced software design and operational stability skills.

Capable of coaching and enforcing responsible AI use and secure, compliant coding practices within teams.

Familiar with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security in software delivery.
