Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on skills in Java, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, API and Microservices Testing.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and building scalable automation frameworks.
Experience using AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to mentor and influence teams on quality engineering best practices and transformation initiatives.
Proficient in modern DevOps practices, Agile delivery, and continuous integration/continuous deployment environments.
Comfortable applying AI and Generative AI technologies for improving software testing and engineering productivity at scale.
