Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in Python and Java with experience building microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and web technologies (RESTful APIs, WebSockets, JSON).
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in software design, development, testing, and operational stability in large corporate environments with agile methodologies.
Capable of critically evaluating AI-generated code outputs and guiding safe and effective AI tool usage among peers.
Comfortable working in banking domain technology projects with exposure to cloud and microservices architecture.
