Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
8-10 years of experience in automotive ECU integration, testing or related roles.
Strong understanding of Automotive domain, ECU architecture, CAN communication, and software development lifecycle (V-Model).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer handling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automotive ECU software integration & validation with hands-on knowledge of HIL testing environments.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex automotive software projects with multiple stakeholders.
Capable of structured root-cause analysis, technical risk management, and process improvements in automotive software development.
