Minimum Requirements
4-8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with significant hands-on test automation expertise.
Strong proficiency in Python 3 and experience building non-trivial automation frameworks and suites.
Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, qTest or similar tools and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Solid understanding of Linux platform operations and Agile development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automation-first quality engineering focused on backend and API testing within complex enterprise environments.
Skilled in risk-based testing and test design techniques with ability to independently investigate and resolve complex issues.
Familiar with Capital Markets domain, especially Trading and Pre-Trade Risk, to effectively tailor testing to domain-specific risks and requirements.
