Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years experience in Release Engineering or DevOps roles with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline and version control with Git.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudFormation, IAM).
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading release engineering functions within fast-paced, multi-application environments involving automation and cloud scalability.
Strong technical expertise in AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline development, and container orchestration aligned with security/compliance practices.
Comfortable working in a shift-based model supporting critical production deployments and collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
