Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
2-6 years of IT industry experience with hands-on Mainframe testing (Batch and online) and knowledge of Testing methodologies including STLC.
Proficient in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, Microfocus COBOL, TWS Scheduler, and DB2 LUW, with automation experience in BDD framework, Selenium, or AI tools.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and knowledge of Payments domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle development projects and diverse testing methodologies, including Agile environments.
Technical subject matter expert capable of mentoring junior talent and leading quality initiatives.
Strong communicator adept at coordinating multiple teams across locations, focused on delivering high-performance payment software solutions.
