Sr. Team Lead, Quality Engineering

Lead and manage a team including professionals and offshore/contract resources to achieve quality standards for software applications and system products.

Oversee and execute test plans, debugging software using automated tests, and conduct application audits to ensure program functionality and compliance.

Set team goals, handle moderately complex problems, ensure adherence to compliance policies, and provide feedback on programming and system evaluations.

University degree required with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or equivalent.

Experience in software debugging, quality assurance, and testing processes mandatory.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Knowledge of application development/programming and stakeholder communication skills preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in leading and managing multi-level teams including offshore and contract staff within a quality engineering environment.

Demonstrates strong technical ability in software debugging, automated testing, and quality assurance practices.

Capable of setting clear operational goals and ensuring compliance with policies in moderately complex problem scenarios.
