About This Role

Architect and lead distributed systems serving over 1 million users with focus on 99.9%+ uptime and sub-200ms latency.

Design and implement event-driven microservices, APIs handling 100K+ daily requests, and lead cloud-native multi-region deployments on AWS/Azure.

Lead and mentor engineering teams of 5+ members, collaborate with C-level and product stakeholders, and drive innovation projects into production via IdeaLabs.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years overall work experience including 3+ years in senior technical leadership roles.

Proven experience architecting systems supporting 100K+ users or high-volume transactions.

Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, and event-processing frameworks.

Experience with CQRS, Domain Driven Design (DDD), event sourcing, and familiarity with performance monitoring (APM) and chaos engineering.
