Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Agents, Topics, Actions, Workflows).
5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and API integrations.
Experience with Azure services, REST API integrations, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and working in enterprise or regulated environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams and engage with business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio integration with Power Platform and Azure services to deliver governed, scalable AI and automation solutions.
Comfortable managing ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and governance practices within Power Platform and Azure DevOps contexts.
