Manage end-to-end expense accounting and reporting activities for Global Finance Centre.
Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including accruals, prepaid expenses, reconciliations, and journal postings.
Partner with Global Process Owner to drive process improvements, automation, and support transformation or re-engineering projects.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of progressive experience in Accounting Operations or Controllers within Record-to-Report process.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or MBA with Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and experience building/maintaining strong control environments (e.g., SOX, RCSA).
Experience with accounting technology implementations like Oracle or SAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shared services or controllership roles managing complex accounting transactions and compliance under global accounting standards.
Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level) and familiar with financial systems such as Essbase and Oracle Financials, with additional visualization/analytics skills preferred.
Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and lead process/control improvements.
