Contracts Manager

Lead the development, negotiation, interpretation, and administration of complex international procurement contracts and governance across the enterprise.

Partner with legal, procurement, HR, and business stakeholders to manage contractual risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and standardize contract practices.

Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating various agreements (MSA, SaaS, NDAs), RFx initiatives, and contract management tools administration.

5+ years industry experience in contract management, commercial counsel, or senior paralegal supporting procurement with legal expertise.

Working knowledge of Indian contract and commercial law; familiarity with US, English, or EU governed agreements with local counsel support.

Strong English communication skills and negotiation experience.

Location: Hyderabad office with hybrid working model and regular overlap with US Pacific hours.

Experienced in strategic sourcing with strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Able to operate independently while partnering closely with legal teams in US/EU and understands data-driven contract and procurement processes.

Comfortable managing both tactical and strategic contract tasks with attention to detail and proactive risk mitigation.
