Sr Program Manager, Tech - Program Management (Tech)

Lead end-to-end execution of complex, organization-wide tech programs from strategic scoping through global rollout and optimization.

Manage cross-functional dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure program milestones and measurable outcomes are met.

Act as primary liaison to regional and global leadership, communicating program health, risks, and strategic updates while standardizing scalable frameworks and best practices.

5+ years of professional program management experience in high-growth tech or large-scale enterprises.

Proven experience managing full lifecycle of large-scale programs including budget, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to spend at least 50% of time in-office unless fully remote work approved.

Experienced in managing large-scale operations or IT infrastructure deployments across global sites.

Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Demonstrated ability to create scalable program documentation and present strategic topics to senior leadership.
