TE - 1511 - Technical Project Manager

Lead a time-bound AI workforce transformation programme across software development lifecycle teams using phased, evidence-gated approach.

Own project schedule with phase-wise, per-team milestones; provide leadership reliable progress, risk, and decision reports.

Manage governance including gates enforcement, risk & dependency tracking, adoption enablement, and programme economics reporting.

10+ years managing software delivery programmes including minimum 3 years running multi-team programmes with formal governance and steering committees.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA and PMP/PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe certifications are preferred.

Experience with DORA and flow metrics (lead time, cycle time, deployment frequency, MTTR) and change/adoption programmes (training, champions, usage tracking).

Fluency in Jira/Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD tools; strong stakeholder management, and risk/dependency escalation management.

Experienced in managing complex, multi-team software delivery initiatives under formal governance with data-driven reporting for leadership.

Skilled at enforcing structured process gates while maintaining collaborative relationships with delivery teams across technical and business stakeholders.

Comfortable operating in highly structured, metrics-driven environments with strong emphasis on programme governance, adoption, and change management.
