Electronic System Senior Engineer - Innovation & AI

Lead innovation projects involving AI, advanced control, automation, and intelligent vehicle functions for construction equipment, from technology scouting through prototyping to technology onboarding.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including suppliers, technology providers, research centers, and universities to align and transfer innovative technologies into production.

Define and manage project deliverables, milestones, risk assessments, validation activities, and promote reuse and commonality of innovative solutions across products and platforms.

10 to 15 years of experience in system engineering, product development, advanced engineering, or technology development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or equivalent.

Experience in Agriculture, Construction Equipment, Automotive, On/Off Highway, Heavy Equipment, Robotics, Aerospace, or Railway industries preferred.

Ability to travel worldwide as required.

Experienced in managing multiple technical projects across concept, feasibility, validation, and implementation phases in cross-functional, multidisciplinary settings.

Strong understanding of complex mechatronic and electronic vehicle systems, software-enabled systems, embedded control architectures, and vehicle networks such as CAN.

Proven ability to coordinate external engineering partners and integrate innovations with internal teams through effective communication and technical leadership.
