Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features.
Location: Must be based in India (remote role).
Language: Strong English communication skills required.
Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products is a strong advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in balancing product strategy, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes at a senior level.
Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor PMs, POs, or cross-functional squads in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments.
Capable of setting clear direction, pushing teams for speed without sacrificing quality, and simplifying complex financial products into usable journeys.
