Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) including EMS/JDM/ODM supplier management and production ramp-up.
Manage engineering change implementation and production readiness to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
Collaborate with Business Unit and Supply Chain teams on product roadmap, lifecycle planning, capacity readiness, and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
10–15 years of experience relevant to telecommunications or supply chain.
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and electronics manufacturing environment with EMS/ODM/JDM exposure preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 20% mainly within Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background coordinating cross-functional teams for product launches and lifecycle management in electronics manufacturing.
Experience specifically with ONT product management or supply chain relevant to fixed networks is a plus.
Demonstrates focus on results and meeting commitments within complex supply chain projects.
